摘  要:目的 探讨肺1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)PET显像标准摄取值 (SUV)对肺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法 对1 8F FDGPET显像肺内占位性病灶患者 ,用感兴趣区法计算病灶SUV ,随访其手术病理检查、穿刺检查以及治疗转归等结果 ,比较综合临床诊断、不同SUV阈值对肺占位性病灶的诊断效果。结果 综合诊断 66个肺部占位性病变的总灵敏度为 94.5 % ,特异性为 81.8% ,不同SUV阈值的诊断效能均低于此水平。结论 1 8F FDGPET对肺占位性病灶具有较高的诊断价值 。Objective To evaluate the value of standardized uptake value (SUV) in differentiation of benign from malignantlung lesions. Methods All the 62 patients underwent 18F-FDG PET whole body scanning for detecting lung occupying lesions within the past two years; the SUV of each lesion was calculated with the software supplied by cPET. The SUV of different pathologic pattern was analyzed, meanwhile the following-up of operation, pathology and treatment results were preformed. The relationship between different SUV levels and comprehensive clinical diagnosis was evaluated. Results The sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of pulmonary lesion was 94 5% and 81.8%, respectively in comprehensive clinical diagnosis. With all different levels of SUV, accurate rate of the diagnosis was lower than that of comprehensive clinical diagnosis. Conclusion For pulmonary lesions, SUV alone is a good index to differentiate malignant and benign lesions, but it is not as good as comprehensive clinical diagnosis.
