葛根素对2型糖尿病患者血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察葛根素对2型糖尿病患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法 住院及门诊糖尿病病人57例,对照组30例,葛根素组27例;两组在年龄、病程、体重指数、血糖水平、血压、血脂水平、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学指标可比,两组均调整口服降糖药物或胰岛素进一步控制血糖,葛根素组加葛根素500mg静脉滴注每日一次共10天。结果 治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖可比,对照组的全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数下降,相差显著;葛根素组全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数显著下降,且两组间相差显著。结论 血糖改善可改善血液流变学指标,葛根素可使惠者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集性进一步的改善,提示葛根素可抑制2型糖尿病患者慢性并发症的发生发展。Objectiv To investigate the effects of Puerain (Pue) on hemorheological indices of the patients with type 2 dia-bete. Methods The experimental group with 27 cases and the control group with 30 cases were matched in age, duration, body-mass index ( BMI) , blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose, glycoglacated hemoglobin and hemorheological indices. For both group, the dosage of oral drugs was adjusted or insulin was given to lower blood glucose, and the experimental group was given Pue 500mg VD once a day for 10 days. Results Free blood glucose was matched between both group after therapy, the results showed that Blood Low shear rate viscosity, Plasma viscosity, Aggregation indices of RBC in both group decreased greatly, as well as the Blood high shear rate viscosity in the experimental group, the decrease in the experimental group is much greater than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusions The improvement of blood glucose could improve the hemorheological indices, which implied that Pue could restrain the occurrence and development of chronic complications in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
