软丁腈与硬丁腈的性能对比研究

摘　　要：在研究NBR通用耐油密封件胶料的基础上 ,就软丁腈与硬丁腈在物理性能和加工性能上的差异进行了对比研究。结果表明 ,在丙烯腈含量相近的情况下 ,与硬丁腈相比 ,软丁腈的压缩永久变形性能较好、耐油性较差、物理机械性能各有优缺点。综合加工性能 。A comparison of soft NBR and hard NBR on physical properties and processability was studied. The results showed that when the contents of acrylonitrile were similar, the soft NBR had better compression set and worse oil resistance as compared to hard NBR, while their physical property were different. However, with regard to the comprehensive processability, the soft NBR was better than the hard NBR
