摘  要:根据拉梅 (Lam啨)公式和虎克定律 ,对动筒管 (杆 )式抽油泵进行了受力分析 ,导出了动筒式抽油泵环隙变化理论计算式。通过井例计算 ,对比分析了动筒式抽油泵和定筒管式抽油泵在相同工况下的受力状况和泵隙变化 ,提出了合动筒式抽油泵上行程发生的环隙变化非常有利于防止地层砂或井内其它异物引起的卡泵 ,较定筒管式抽油泵更适于防砂卡抽油 ;动筒式抽油泵泵筒承受的交变载荷相对于定筒管式抽油泵小 ,可配套用于深井防砂卡采油 ;在选择初始泵隙时 ,应首先考虑满足摩擦副灵活运行和可靠密封的要求 ,动筒式抽油泵的初始泵隙较定筒管式抽油泵大。According to Lam6 formula and Hooke 's law, the force on travelling barrel subsurface pump is analyzed, and the calculating equation of annulus clearance variation of the pump is worked out. By means of case study, the force condition and pump clearance variation of the travelling barrel pump are compared with that of the stationary barrel tubing pump under the same working condition. It is pointed out that the travelling barrel pump is more effective in preventing the pump from sand sticking, and it bears smaller alternating load, therefore can be used for oil production in deep sandy wells. In selecting the initial pump clearance, it must be taken into account that the frictional pairs operate smoothly and the sealing is reliable, and the initial clearance of the travelling barrel pump is larger than that of the stationary barrel tubing pump.
