摘　　要：为了降低注汽作业费用 ,减少操作步骤 ,研制了BK36 1系列补偿式热采封隔器。这种热采封隔器是在热敏金属扩张式封隔器的基础上改进而成的 ,同时结合了井下补偿器的工作原理 ,使其在注汽过程中既能密封油套环形空间又能起到补偿的作用。它具有坐封时间短 ,解封迅速可靠和密封效果好的特点。现场共计应用了 16 0套 ,平均坐封时间 16min ,平均注汽压力12 7MPa ,平均套压 1 9MPa ,平均井深 12 5 8 3m ,所有封隔器均顺利解封。Series BK361 compensation packers for thermal recovery are adapted from expandable temperature sensitive metals pakers. It can not only seal the tubing-casing annulus but also play a role of compensation during steam injection on the basis of the operating principle of downhole compensator. It is characterized by rapid setting and releasing and good sealing effect.
