摘  要:鞍钢无缝钢管厂采用新的工艺 ,在定径机前设中频感应加热炉 ,对钢管进行在线加热 ,在国内钢管厂属首例。此设计属环保型设计 ,占地面积小、节省燃料。具有稳定可靠、控制精确、保护功能齐全等特点 ,可对被加热的钢管进行精确的温度控制 。The new technology applied by Angang Seamless Steel Pipe Plant is the first to be affected in domestic steel pipe plants, that the medium frequency induction furnace is installed in front of the sizing mill for heating pipes on line. The design is the one helpful to environmental protection which is stable and reliable and features with accurate control,whole protective functions, small place covering and fuel saving, etc., and cancontrol the temperature of heated pipes accurately for guaranteeing that of ones after heating.
