膝横韧带损伤致前膝痛（附10例报告）

摘　　要：作者报告10例由膝横韧带损伤引起的前膝痛。关节镜检查发现膝横韧带联合部断裂5例(外侧3例,内侧2例),韧带撕裂伤5例(外侧3例,内侧2例)。关节镜术处理;断端切除5例,用刨刀创平撕裂部5例,并同时处理其它合并伤。术后经平均10个月的随访,10例患者均恢复正常工作,疗效评定为优4例,良5例,一般1例。认为关节镜术在膝横韧带损伤的诊断治疗上,具有准确性高、损伤小、康复快、疗效好的特点。We encountered 10 cases complaining pain of anterior aspect of knee joint due to injury of the anterior .trans verse ligament of the knee,as confirmed by arthroscopy. Artbrobcopy revealed tearing of the transverse ligament or separation of the commissure in 5 cases. Treatment of the injury was accomplished by shaving off the fimbria of the torn portion .including the floating anterior cornu of the meniscus . All of the 10 cases were treated by arthroscopy and followed-up for 3 months to 2 years (averaged 10 months) ,and the results were excellent in 4 cases,good in 5 cases and some improvement in 1 case. Therefore,arthroscopy is a good measure for accurate diagnosis and the proper way for the treatment of injury of the anterior transverse ligament of the knee.
