摘　　要：以体积最小为目标,同时满足各种约束条件,采用C语言编制齿轮减速器优化程序包,对两级齿轮减速器进行优化。介绍了优化程序包的数学模型、特点及应用,给出了流程框图。分析表明,优化结果符合齿轮减速器传动比分配原则。Taking minimum volume as target,an optimization program package for gea r reducers was worked out with C language and a two stage gear reducer was opt imized when various restrain conditions were met at the same time.Mathematical model,fea-tures and applications of the optimization package are de-scribed .Flow-chart is presented.Analysis shows that the opti-mized re sult conform s to the principle of transmission ratio dis-tribution of gear reducer.
