摘  要:无内胎车轮对轮辋尺寸精度和圆角减薄量要求较高 ,其质量好坏取决于轮辋生产设备的精度及模具设计的合理性 ,轮辋滚形模具设计的关键在于保证尺寸精度的同时控制各圆角减薄量。按照本文给出的各道滚形变形量确定方法设计的模具 ,不仅生产出的轮辋尺寸精度高、圆角减薄量小 ,而且对各种型号的车轮通用性好 。The dimensions precision and the radius reducing thickness and requirement of the tubeless wheel's rim are higher,its quality lies on the rim's production facilities and the rationalization of the die design.The crux of the rim roll forming die design is to control the radius reducing thickness to guarantee the dimensions precision. The dies designed based on the method that this paper gives out, not only makes the rim manufactured having higher dimensions precision and less radius reducing thickness, but also is suifed for every type rim' dies designe and has larger practical significance.
