摘  要:配送于六十年代在工业发达国家兴起,成为推动物流革命,产业发展的重要动力之一。配送如同管理一样具有二重性。配送的自然属性表现为流通生产力,取决于生产力的发展。具体说有以下几个方面: 1.配送是对供销服务的一种革变,是“用户至上”的一种系统服实。 2.配送采用高科技,兼容并深化“中转”、“直达”的优势,是一种现代化物流方式。 3.配送使库存物资社会化,促进物资供销专业化协作,是一种社会化流通体制。Delivery in Logitics management rose in the 1960s in the developed countries such as Europe, U.S.A, Japan. It has now become one of the most important impetus to develop national economy, and to propel forward the innovation of Logistics technologies. Delivery, like management, has the duality of natural and social attributes. Circluation productivity, which depends on the level of social productivities, is the manifestation of natural attributes of Delivery. Natural attributes of Deliveay are as follows: 1. Delivery is a reformation of supply—sale service, and it is also a systematic service which originated from the idea of 'Consumer/User is God'. 2. Deiivery is a modernized medium of Logitics management. It adopts high—tech, holds and deepens the advantages of 'Door to door/nonstop supply' and 'Transmission supply'. 3. Delivery is a sort of specialized circulation system. It makes storage resources such as rave materials, in—the—process, finished—product socialized and it promotes the coordination level of specialization ef suppy—sale activities
