摘　　要：本论文讨论了以上海六船厂实际库存控制为背景的两级库存问题。其目的是为解决由于企业库存分散所造成的库存量过大、资金周转缓慢等问题。经过实际验证,本文所提出的模型是解决两级库存问题的一个较好方法。In this paper, two-class inventory controlling problem based on real inventory controlling of six ship factories in Shanghai is discussed. Our object is to solve the problems induced by the decentralized factory's inventory. These problems are factory's great inventory and slow capital turnover etc.The real result has shown that the model given by the paper is a good method for solving the two-class problem.
