摘　　要：高效的转基因载体是基因释放系统的核心。非病毒转基因载体具有低免疫原性和易制备等特性。Efficient gene carriers play a critical role in gene delivery system. Non-viral transgene vectors excel in low immunogenicity and the ease of preparation, and so on .In this paper, the latest progress of non-vrial transgene carriers was reviewed.
