逆置型交锁髓内钉在胫腓骨下段复杂骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究治疗胫腓骨远端复杂骨折的较佳方法。方法:采用施乐辉公司提供的逆置型交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨远端复杂骨折25例,所有病人均经足底逆行打入髓内钉,通过瞄准系统将远端及近端交锁钉分别交锁于跟骨、距骨、胫骨。结果:25例病人获随访2～14个月,未发现感染、断钉等情况。其中23例已完全愈合,可正常行走。结论:逆置型交锁髓内钉在胫腓骨远端复杂骨折的治疗中不失为1种有效的方法,其固定确切,且术中无需C臂X光机透视,值得推广使用。Objective: To explore better treatment of the distal tibial complex fractures. Methods: 25 patients with distal tib-ial complex fractures were treated with retrograde locked intramedullary nails offered by Smith Nepheu Company. The retrograde locked intramedullary nails were used in all patients through the calcaneus. All intramedullary nails were locked through calcaneus,talus and tibials. Results: AU 25 paoients were followed up for 2 to 14 months, there was no infection, no nail breaking. 23 cases fractures healed up, can walk normally. Conclusion: The retrograde locked intramedullary nail is an effective method in the treatment of the distal tibial complex fracture. It can provide improved fracture stabilization, without C-arm guidance, and is a recommendable method.
