摘　　要：目的　探讨自体血回收的新方法。方法　对 48例手术病人用双向负压卷曲式回收袋回收自体血 ,观察其各项临床指标。结果　解决了传统自体血回收法造成的红细胞破坏问题 ,提高了单位体积内的红细胞计数 ,减少了血液可能被污染的环节。结论　保证了红细胞的质量及回收率 ,操作简单、安全。Objective Study on the new approach of autoblood recollection. Method Observation of 48 cases of autoblood recollection with bi-directional negative pressure curled recollection bag for clinical indexes.Result It was found a solution to the damage to erythocyte in tradition way of autoblood recollection with red-cell count increase in a unit volume and less risk of blood contamination. Conclusion It assures the erythocyte quality and recollection rate with the advantages of simple handling and security.
