摘　　要：日本是世界上图书馆事业较为发达的国家,无论是为弱势群体服务的规章制度还是管理理念都有可认真研究之处,简单梳理日本弱势群体图书馆服务的发展、针对各类为弱势群体服务的图书馆的制度、特点、现状等作简要介绍,总结出其影响与不足之处,并总结其对我国弱势群体图书馆发展的借鉴意义。Japan is of comparatively developed library career in the world, its service regulations and management concepts forvulnerable groupsare worthy to seriously research. This paper brieflysummarized the development of Japan's library service for vulnerable groups, and introduced all kinds of regulations,characteristics and present situation, and then pointed out its influence and deficiency, and finally summarized its reference for the development of China's vulnerable grouplibrary.
