摘　　要：文章通过对农村信息贫困的反贫困难点进行分析,抓住农村信息贫困症结,是解决农村信息贫困和促进农村经济发展的重要前提。为此,本文通过对识别困难、投入困难、信息人才匮乏三个难点分析其致贫愿意,进而提出应加强农村信息贫困问题的重视问题、加强信息技术培训、引进优秀人才、加快信息基础设施建设、实施多元资金投入等减贫对策。The difficulties of anti-poverty under the rural information poverty were analyzed. Seizing the problems of rural information poverty was the important premise to solve the rural poverty and promote rural economic development. Therefore,through the analysis of identifying difficulties and input difficulties and lack of information talents, this article studied its poverty willing and proposed to strengthen the awareness of rural information poverty and information technology training, as well as the introduction of talents, speeding up the information infrastructure construction and implementing multiple funds into poverty reduction strategies, etc.
