摘　　要：公款购书在高校文献资源保障体系中占据着重要的地位,本文通过对山东大学11年公款购书经费投入、数量分布等进行统计调查以及与图书馆购书的比对,提出了提高公款购书使用高利率的工作策略和高效率运作模式。Purchasing books by universities' public funds has played an important role in academic literature guarantee system.This report investigated the amount and distribution of book fund in Shandong University in the last 11 years, and compared with the book purchasing in library. In order to improve the efficient use of book fund, this report also proposed an effective strategy and mode.
