摘　　要：通过对图书馆馆训的内涵与德育功能的研究,结合各类院校图书馆特色鲜明的馆训所蕴含的办馆宗旨与服务理念,对石河子大学图书馆馆训"博雅笃学,修己惠人,兼收并蓄,卓尔不群"进行研究和探索。Through the research on the connotation and the function of moral education of library motto, combining with the different library purposes and service concepts contained in distinctive university library mottos, this paper researched and explored the motto of“erudite and studious, cultivate oneself and benefit others, swallow anything and everything, rise above the common herd”in Shihezi University library.
