摘  要:把铈含量>95%的稀土金属块分别放置在钟罩式离子渗氮炉内的上层、中层和下层进行催渗试验。结果表明,富铈稀土对38CrMoAl及40CrNiMo钢试样有较明显的催渗作用,同时减少了白亮层厚度;当稀土块放置在炉内上层时,各试样的层深、表面硬度、脉状氮化物及疏松无明显差别;而稀土块放置在渗氮炉中间层和下层时,稀土块下面试样催渗效果较好,稀土块上面的试样催渗效果稍差。Rare earth catalytic ion nitriding experiments were carried out on 38CrMoAl and 40CrNiMo steels in a bell jar type ion nitriding furnace when the rare earth metal blocks with cerium content more than 95%were placed on the upper , intermediate and bottom floor of the furnace chamber, respectively.The results show that the rare earth has obvious acceleration effect on 38CrMoAl and 40CrNiMo steel specimens and the white layer thickness is reduced .When the rare earth block is placed on the upper floor , the nitrided layer depth , surface hardness, veined nitride and porosity are no obvious difference among the same batch samples; when the rare earth block is placed on intermediate or bottom floor , the effect of acceleration nitriding is good on the samples below the rare earth block and poor on the samples above the rare earth block .
