小麦减数分裂前期Ⅰ细胞凋亡的检测及其与细胞融合的关系

摘　　要：以阿勃小麦为材料,对其减数分裂前期I的细胞学行为和细胞凋亡情况进行了研究,观察到在其减数分裂前期的凝线期存在明显的染色质胞间转移现象,并发现从偶线期到粗线期均存在细胞凋亡现象,而在此前或此后两者均几乎不发生。结合已有的资料分析认为花粉母细胞发育过程中的细胞凋亡尤其是粗线期的细胞凋亡主要是由异常的染色质胞间转移引起的。Cytology and apoptosis of Abbondanza wheat at prophase Ⅰ of meiosis was investigated.The results showed that there was cytomixis between the cells at synizesis of prophase,and apoptosis was also found from zygotene to pachytene,whereas there was almost no apoptosis or cytomixis before or after these stages.Associated with the literatures acquired,apoptosis at pachytene was thought to be caused by abnormal cytomixis.
