摘　　要：阐述了植物金属硫蛋白基因表达的组织特异性、金属离子、激素、化学试剂等对植物金属硫蛋白基因表达的影响及植物金属硫蛋白的功能。In this paper the tissue specific expression of plant metallothionein gene, the influences of metal ions on its expression and the possible function of plant metallothionein were reviewed.
