摘　　要：目的　研究抗精子抗体对精子功能的影响。方法　使用抗 60KD和抗 78KD阳性血清及抗精子抗体阴性血清体外处理精子 ,比较它们对精子的凝集、细胞毒、穿透高度和顶体反应的影响。结果　抗 60KD和抗 78KD精子膜抗原的抗体都能对精子产生凝集作用和补体依赖的细胞毒作用 ,及降低精子的穿透高度 ,其中抗 60KD精子膜抗原的抗体还能明显抑制精子的顶体酶活性。结论　抗精子抗体可通过对精子产生凝集作用和细胞毒作用 ,以及影响精子的穿透能力和顶体反应来降低精子的生育能力 。Objective To study the effect of antisperm antibody on the sperm.Methods Compare the effect of antisperm 60KD?78KD antibody positive serum and antisperm antibody negative serum on the sperm in vitro.Results Both antisperm 60KD and 78KD antibody could cause agglutination and complement depend cytotoxicity,and decrease the height of sperm's penetration.The antisperm 60KD antibody also could significantly inhibit the activity of sperm acrosin.Conclusions Antisperm antibody cause infertility may through the effect of agglutination and complement depend cytotoxicity on the sperm,and affecting the capacity of sperm's penetration and acrosomal reaction.The 60KD sperm membrane antigen may be associated with the sperm's acrosome reaction.
