摘 要:目的:海水浴体疗运动对老年高血压患者左房构形的影响。方法:采用心电图和超声心动图,对120例老年高血压海水浴体疗组和82例对照组,作疗养前后P波最大时限、左房内径、左房面积、左房容量测量,同时观察收缩压与心率乘积的变化,并作统计学分析。结果:疗养结束后,海水浴体疗组的收缩压与心率乘积、P波最大时间、左房内径、左房面积及容量较疗养前及对照组疗养后比,具有显著或非常显著性的统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组疗养前后各参数变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论:海水浴体疗是项综合性的全身有氧运动,能降低老年高血压患者心肌耗氧量,减轻心脏负荷,改善左房构形。Objective: To study the shange of left atrial geometry of patients with hypertension before and after sea training in sea. Methods: A toeal of 202 aged patients with hypertension were divided into two groups; exercise traininn group (120 cases) and control group (82 cases). The maximum time of P wave (Pmas), diameter of left atrium (LAD), area of left atrium (LAA) and volume of left atrium (LAV) of 2 groups before and after exercise training in sea were examined by electrocardiogram and ultrasonic cardiography. The systolic blood pressure×heart rate (SBP×HR) was counted too. Results : After exercise training of 4 weeks, SBP×HR, Pmax, LAD, LAA and LAV in exercise training group were much lower than those of before exercise training, and of control group (P<0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ); compared with before exercise training above-mentioned indexes in control group were not change significanty (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Exercise training in sea is a general aerobic sport. It can improve oxygen supply of heart muscle and change of left atrial geometry, reduce burden of heart in aged patient with hypertension.
