上海市曹杨社区20岁以上人群代谢综合征及其相关疾病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的　调查上海市曹阳社区 2 0岁以上人群代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法　采用多级分层、随机抽样的流行病学调查的方法进行问卷调查 ,并进行 75 g葡萄糖耐量实验 (OGTT) ,测定空腹血脂、体重指数 (BMI)、血压。结果　①上海市曹杨社区 2 0岁以上人群超重、肥胖、糖尿病、糖调节受损、高血压、高胆固醇 (TC)血症、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)血症、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)血症、高三酰甘油 (TG)血症和代谢综合征的患病率分别为 2 5 .6 3%、4 .2 0 %、11.33%、13.93%、37.5 8%、10 .4 6 %、2 .6 0 %、2 0 .92 %、2 7.6 6 %和 7.72 %。②上述疾病的患病率随年龄的增加而增加 ,其中 5 0岁以上人群高血糖、高血压及代谢综合征的患病率为 5 0岁以下人群的 2～ 3倍。③社区人群中 2 / 3者有不同程度的代谢异常 ,且近 1/ 3者合并 2种或2种以上的代谢异常。Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases among the dwellaers over 20 years of age, in Shanghai Caoyang Community. Methods A cross sectional survey with multiple stage and random sampling was performed. Questionaire and 75 gram oral glucose tolerance test were conducted; plasma glucose, lipid profile as well as body mass index, blood pressure were measured. Results ①The prevalence of overweight, obesity, diabetes, impaired glucose regulation, hypertension, high blood TC, low HDL, high LDL, high TG and metabolic syndrome were 25.63%, 4.20%, 11.33%, 13.93%, 37.58%, 10.46%, 2.60%, 20.92%, 27.66% and 7.72% respectively. ② The prevalence of these diseases were increased with aging. ③ About 2/3 individuals of this community had one or more metabolic disorders. Conclusion High prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases among the dwellers aged 20 years of age were observed in Shanghai.
