摘　　要：小波与分形都是当今图像编码领域中的热点。综述了小波和分形的原理、优缺点以及发展现状 。Both wavelet and fractal are the focus in the field of image coding. In this paper,we summarize the principle 、the advantage and the disadvantage and the development and the currant condition of wavelet and fractal,further more we present an ideal of the hybrid coding of wavelet and fractal.
