摘 要:采用 18Cr2Ni4WA钢 ,在气体渗碳炉中 ,碳势为 1 0 % ,92 0℃条件下渗碳 5h ,再对试样重新加热到780℃淬火 ,并通过 180℃回火、冷处理等方法改变渗层中的奥氏体量。通过一系列磨损试验 ,研究了边界润滑条件下奥氏体的耐磨性及磨损机理。试验结果表明 ,不同的奥氏体含量适合不同的磨损环境 ,在较低应力水平下 ,奥氏体含量越低 ,其耐磨性越好 ;在较高应力水平下 ,奥氏体含量越高 ,其耐磨性越好。边界润滑条件下的磨损形式主要有 :两体磨粒磨损。Different austenite contents were obtained in 18Cr2Ni4WA steel carburized with 1 0% carbon potential at 920℃ for 5h in gas carburizing furnace then reheated to 780℃ for quenching,and tempering at 180℃ or sub zero treatment in different temperature respectively.The wear resistance and wear mechanism of austenite under different load with boundary lubrication were studied.The results show that the steel with different content of austenite fit to different wear condition.Under low stress,the lower the content of austenite in the steel,the better the wear resistance of the steel;and under high stress,the higher the content of austenite in the steel,the better the wear resistance.The two bodies particle wear,fatigue wear and three bodies particle wear are the main wear forms under boundary lubrication.
