摘  要:用连续波CO2 激光束对 4Cr13不锈钢过丝辊进行激光表面淬火。研究了淬火层的显微组织及硬度分布 ,探讨了用激光表面淬火技术替代传统的热喷涂处理的可能性。结果表明 ,激光表面淬火硬化层的硬度和硬化深度均可达到甚至超过热喷涂涂层的硬度和硬化深度 。The laser surface hardening for cutting fibre roller made of 4Cr13 stainless steel was tested by using continuous wave CO 2 laser beam.The microstructure observation and hardness distribution test in the cross section of the hardened layer were carried out.The feasibility of replacing thermal spraying treatment by laser surface hardening was discussed.The results indicate that the hardness and thickness of the hardened layer for cutting fibre roller of 4Cr13 stainless steel come up to or even exceed that of the coatings by thermal spraying treatment.It is practicable to use laser surface hardening process instead of thermal spraying to strengthen the surface of cutting fibre roller of 4Cr13 stainless steel.
