摘  要:运用有限元方法研究某厂尿素合成塔上封头腐蚀凹坑的弹性应力分布与应力集中系数 ,并用分析设计方法对直径 5 40mm、深度 4 5mm的球缺形凹坑进行了强度校核 。The urea reactor is the key equipment in one Chemical Fertilizer Plant.In 1995,a big corrosion pit was found in the upper spherical head of the urea reactor for the leaking of the corrosive solution through the liner,this situation happened in other factories as well.It is improtant to study the safety assessment for the urea reactor with pit.In this article,the elastic stress distribution and stress concentration factor of the urea reactor upper head with corrosion pit in one Chemical Fertilizer Plant were studied by the means of FEA,and design by analysis was used for strength check of the urea reactor with spherical pit,the diameter of the spherical pit is 540mm and its depth is 45mm,the results of the safety assessment are valid.
