摘　　要：研究了利用ICP发射光谱仪测定工业硅中Fe ,Al,Ca ,P ,Ti,Cu ,Zn ,Mg ,Mn ,Ni等 10种元素的方法 ,确定了各元素的检出限 ,回收率在 94%～ 10 5 %之间 ,RSD小于 3 5 % ,该方法用于样品测定 ,结果满意。A method of ICP-AES for determining iron and other 9 elements in industiral silicon is presented in this article,concerning the detection limit.The recoveries are from 94% to 105% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 3.5%。The method has been applied to the determination of industrial silicon with satisfactory results.
