摘　　要：我国宪法进入司法程序是十分必要的。宪法司法适用有助于树立宪法权威和实现真正的法治国家。但是,当前我国宪法的司法适用无论是在理论上还是在实践中,都存在许多障碍。为扫清障碍,可在确立牢固的宪法意识的前提下,提高司法独立程度和法官的素质,建立普通法院适用宪法的模式。It is very necessary to let the constitution get into the judicial procedure. The judicial application of the constitution helps to establish the authority of the constitution and to build a real country under the rule of law. However, there are many obstacles in the judicial application of the constitution of China in theory and in practice at present. Therefore, the article puts forward a series of measures to clear away the obstacles: the enhancement of the judicial independence and the quality of the judges, and the application of a model constitution for ordinary courts based on the firm awareness of constitution.
