摘　　要：当今中国社会 ,必须高度重视“三农”问题。着力解决“三农”问题 ,力求从宏观上把握 ,从深层次上分析 ,从体制上突破 ,抓好农业结构调整 。At present, China must think highly to the problem of 'three nong'. To solve this problem, we should strive to grasp from macroscopic, to analyse from deep arrangement of ideas, to make a breakthrough from system, grasp well the adjustment of agricultural structure, and quicken the modernization of village.
