摘　　要：根据智能建筑中建筑设备自动化 (BAS)实时监控系统的构成及控制方式 ,结合实际情况 ,通过对建筑设备自动化系统的实时监控软件的研究与开发 。This paper mainly discusses the programming design and realization of the central control system,according to the constitution and control method of BAS real\|time monitoring system in the lntelligent building, through the practice of development and research of software in the BAS system the of real\|time monitoring.
