摘 要:5-异丙基-1,3,4-口恶二唑-2(3H)-酮是一种重要的农药与医药中间体。以异丁酸、水合肼及三光气为原料,采用两步法合成5-异丙基-1,3,4-口恶二唑-2(3H)-酮,探讨了带水剂、三光气滴加温度、缚酸剂及反应物的物质的量比等因素对反应的影响。在优化的反应条件下,产品总收率达到73.9%,产物纯度高达99%。该合成方法简单经济,适合工业化生产。5-Isopropyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one is an important intermediate of pesticide and pharmaceutical.In this paper,5-isopropyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one was synthesized by isobutanoic acid,hydrazine hydrate and triphosgene as raw materials with two step reactions.The main factors such as water carrying agent,drop temperature of triphosgene,acid binding agent and molar ratio were studied.Under the optimal condition,the total yield of5-isopropyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one was 73.9% with purity of 99%.This process is simple and economical,which is suitable for industrial production.
