摘  要:目的了解宝山区中学生健康素养状况及影响因素,为开展学校健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取宝山区普通中学、重点中学初一至高三、职业中学高一至高三各一个班的学生共606人进行调查,并对健康素养状况及影响因素进行分析。结果宝山区中学生总体健康素养具备率为84.7%,其中,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为以及健康技能素养具备率分别为72.9%、73.6%和85.3%。学生性别、年级、学校类别、健康状况、学习成绩对健康素养有影响(P<0.05)。与社区居民健康素养监测数据比较显示,学生健康素养知识高于社区居民(P<0.05)。合理使用抗生素等5道题的正确率均低于70%。结论宝山区中学生健康素养水平相对较高,应充分考虑影响因素和存在的不足,继续加强学校健康教育,为提高全人群健康素养建立基础。Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of health literacy of middle school students in Baoshan District,and to provide the basis for carrying out school health education.Methods A total of 9 classes were randomly selected from an ordinary school,a key middle school and a vocational school,and 606 students were surveyed to analyze health literacy status quo and influencing factors.Results The overall level of health literacy of middle school students in Baoshan District was 84.7%,and the level of basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,as well as basic skills were 72.9%,73.6% and85.3% respectively.Gender,grade,school type,health condition and academic achievement were the influence factors of health literacy(P<0.05).Comparing with the monitoring data of community health literacy,the health literacy status quo of high school students was higher(P<0.05).There were five questions,such as rational use of antibiotics and so on,whose correct rates were less than 70%.Conclusion The level of health literacy of middle school students in Baoshan District was relatively high.The factors and problems should be taken full account,and strengthen school health education,and to establish a foundation for improving the whole population health literacy.
