摘　　要：目的了解山东省西南地区居民的健康素养水平及影响因素,探索提高居民健康素养水平的策略和措施。方法采用多阶段分层抽样结合人口规模成比例抽样(PPS抽样)方法,对鲁西南地区1,778名15岁~69岁常住居民进行问卷调查。根据2010年第六次全国普查数据进行加权计算,采用针对复杂抽样数据的统计方法进行数据分析。结果鲁西南地区居民健康素养水平为7.74%,其中城市居民的健康素养水平为9.42%,农村居民为7.32%。不同性别、年龄组和文化程度居民的健康素养水平差异均不具有统计学意义。安全与急救素养、科学健康观素养、健康信息素养、传染病防治素养、基本医疗素养和慢性病防治素养分别为52.98%、36.40%、18.47%、13.95%、10.98%和8.20%。结论鲁西南地区居民健康素养水平较低,要全面加强鲁西南地区的健康教育工作。Objective To learn the status quo of health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in the southwest region of Shandong Province, so as to explore the strategy and measures to improve their health literacy. Methods Using stratified multi-stage sampling and probability proportionate to size(PPS) sampling, 1,778 residents aged between 15 and 69 in the southwest region of Shandong Province were investigated. The data were weighted according to the sixth national census data and analyzed by special statistic method used to deal with complex sampling data. Results The overall level of health literacy of residents in the southwest region of Shandong Province was 7.74%, the level of urban residents and rural residents were 9.42% and 7.32% respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between male and female, among people from different age groups,and residents from different educational levels. The health literacy level of safety and first aid, scientific view of health, health information access, infectious disease prevention, basic medical service, and chronic disease prevention were 52.98%, 36.40%, 18.47%, 13.95%, 10.98% and 8.20% respectively. Conclusion The level of health literacy is low among residents in the southwest region of Shandong Province, and the health education should be strengthened in all-round way.
