淮安市常住居民科学健康观素养水平及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解淮安市常住居民科学健康观素养水平,并探索其影响因素,为制定健康教育干预策略和措施提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,于2012年下半年对淮安市15岁~69岁的3,480名常住居民进行问卷调查。结果 3,480位调查对象具备科学健康观素养水平的人数为499人,具备率为14.3%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:相对于农村居民,城市居民对科学健康观素养有正相关关系(OR=1.619),文化程度越高,科学健康观素养具备率越高(OR=1.747);相对于农民,企业工人、学生、机关事业单位员工均具备更高的科学健康观素养(OR值分别为1.953、2.372和2.565);家庭年收入越高,科学健康观素养具备率越高(OR=1.384)。结论淮安市15岁~69岁常住居民科学健康观素养的具备率较低。应根据相应的影响因素,加强健康教育干预和监测研究,制定有效的对策和措施,促进科学健康观素养水平的全面提高。Objective To understand the level of the scientific view of health among permanent residents of Huai'an City and explore the influence factors, so as to provide basis for developing intervention strategies and measures of health education. Methods A total of 3480 permanent residents aged 15-69 years in Huai'an were collected by using multistage stratified cluster random sampling and were conducted by questionnaire survey in the latter half of 2012. Results There were 499 permanent residents literate in the scientific view of health, and the overall level was 14.3%. According to logistic regression analysis, the urban residents had higher level of the scientific view of health than rural residents(OR=1.619); the higher the residents education level was, the higher their's level scientific view of health was(OR=1.747); Comparing with the peasants, workers, students, and staff of office had higher level scientific view of health, and the OR were 1.953, 2.372, and 2.565 respectively; the higher their income was, the higher their level scientific view of health(OR=1.384). Conclusion The level of the scientific view of health of permanent residents aged 15-69 years in Huai'an was lower. Health education intervention and surveillance should be strengthened according to the influence factors, to develop effective strategies and measures, so as to increase the level of the scientific view of health.
