广西13个市城乡居民健康素养水平比较分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西城乡居民健康素养水平,为医疗卫生和健康教育与健康促进工作提供决策依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群及PPS抽样方法,抽取全区16个监测点非集体居住的15岁~69岁常住人口进行问卷调查。结果经过加权调整后,2012年广西城乡居民健康素养总体水平为7.35%。广西13个市健康素养水平:最高为玉林市(10.92%),最低为崇左市(4.07%);区健康素养水平:最高为防城区(8.71%),最低为西乡塘区(6.33%);县健康素养水平:最高为兴业县(10.92%),最低为龙州县(4.07%)。结论广西城乡居民健康素养水平有所提高,但仍处于较低水平,尤其是基本健康技能和基本医疗素养水平低,应建立综合的措施来提高广西城乡居民的健康素养水平。另外,河池市与崇左市的健康素养水平相对较低,应该引起政府部门和卫生部门的重视。Objective To understand the health literacy level of urban and rural residents in Guangxi, and provide evidence for decision-making in health care, health education, and health promotion practice. Methods Stratified multistage cluster and PPS sampling methods were adopted in the survey. Local residents between 15-69 years from 16 surveillance sites were investigated. Results The overall level of adjusted health literacy(AHL) among urban and rural residents of Guangxi in 2012 was 7.35%. Among the health literacy levels of all the 13 cities, Yulin was the highest(10.92%) and Chongzuo was the lowest(4.07%). Among the health literacy levels of all the county level areas, Fangcheng was the highest district(8.71%), Xixiangtang was the lowest district(6.33%), Xingye was the highest county(10.92%), and Longzhou was the lowest county(4.07%). Conclusion Although improved to some extent in recent years, the health literacy level of urban and rural residents in Guangxi is still low especially for the basic health skills and basic medical care. Comprehensive strategies should be established to improve the health literacy of all residents in Guangxi. In addition, the health literacy level in Hechi and Chongzuo is particularly low. Local government and health department should pay more attention to this issue.
