摘  要:目的了解上海市高校教师工作压力和心理健康的现状以及二者之间的关系。为进一步减轻高校教师压力,增进高校教师的心理健康提供依据。方法利用自编的工作压力调查问卷和健康自测量表进行调研。结果工作压力的平均得分是60.63分,心理健康的平均得分是209.29分,二者相关系数为0.257(P<0.01)。结论上海市高校教师的工作压力总体状况比较好,受年龄和教龄的影响显著。心理健康总体状况良好,受教龄影响显著。工作压力和心理健康有显著相关性,二者在不同维度上的相关部分显著。Objective To understand the status of occupational stress and the mental health as well as the relationship between them among university teachers in Shanghai, to provide the basis for further program towards alleviating the stress and promoting mental health for these teachers. Methods Self-made questionnaire and measurement scale were applied to collect information. Results The average score for occupational stress was 60.63, the average score for mental health was 209.29, the correlation coefficient of these two indicators was 0.257(P<0.01). Conclusion The general situation of occupational stress among Shanghai college teachers was relatively good. Age and teaching seniority were major influencing factors. The general situation of mental health was also good and was mainly influenced by length of teaching. The relationship between the occupational stress and the mental health was significant, the different dimensions of the two were partial significant.
