摘　　要：目的了解合理用药主题健康教育干预工作的实施效果。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取松江区两个街镇作为项目开展点,根据上海市健康教育所下发的调查问卷,针对知识、态度和行为3个方面,对研究对象进行入户问卷调查。结果基线调查结果显示:居民对抗生素使用、药品存放等基本知识欠缺。通过健康教育干预工作的开展,居民的合理用药KAP水平和健康技能显著提高。结论对基线与干预后的效果评估显示:相关干预措施的开展,使居民合理用药的KAP水平和健康技能有了显著提高。Objective To understand the effectiveness of the project of promotion of national health literacy which was launched in Songjiang District. Methods The project was carried out in two towns of Songjiang District which were selected through random cluster sampling. Selected residents were face to face interviewed using a KAP questionnaires related to rational medicine use. Results Comparing with The results of the baseline survey, this analysis showed that the local residents lacked of basic knowledge about the use of antibiotics and storage of the medicines. The KAP and skills of the residents have been significantly improved through the implemented promotion project. Conclusion The interventions implemented were effective for improving the residents’ health literacy focusing on rational medicine use.
