摘　　要：饮品冷藏柜作为饮料产品销售的主要载体,不仅能够为饮料商品提供最佳口感的冷藏温度,也可以通过贴纸展示和照明设计为饮料制造商创造宣传空间,提升品牌效应,从而得到众多国际知名品牌饮品料制造公司的认可;而作为冷藏展示设备的核心部分,制冷系统的设计更是饮品展示柜开发的关键之处,本文对饮品冷藏柜的使用特点、抽屉式机组的结构设计、维修便利性以及抽屉式机组的应用前景等方面做了简单的阐述与分析。As the main carrier of beverages, cooler cabinets were recognized by a number of international brands beverage manufacturing companies. The cooler cabinets can not only provide the proper temperature for the best taste of the beverage, it can also advertise for the beverage manufacturing companies by stickers and lighting design. As a core part of the refrigerated display cabinet, refrigeration system is the key to develop the cabinet. This paper describes and analyzes the feature of the cooler cabinet, the convenience of maintenance, the structural design and the prospect of the cassette.
