摘　　要：中外警察在职业素养教育上有许多差异,在坚持公安院校政治建警方向和强化政治纪律建设的高度下,如何借鉴和学习国外警校警察职业道德教育方面的有益经验,不断改进和完善公安院校的德育工作,是值得我们高度重视并认真思考的问题。There are many differences and foreign police professionalism in education, while adhering to highly politicized police to build and strengthen the political and discipline under the Police College, how to learn from the useful experience of foreign NPA police ethics education, constantly improve and perfect the moral education Police College, it is worthy of our attention and serious thought.
