强胰降糖胶囊的部分实验研究

摘　　要：研究中药制剂强胰降糖胶囊对正常小鼠及肾上腺素模型小鼠血糖的影响 ,以及急性毒性试验研究。结果表明 :强胰降糖胶囊能显著降低正常小鼠以及肾上腺素模型小鼠的血糖 ,经统计学处理 ,差异有非常显著性意义。小鼠最大给药量为 5 2g/kg ,相当于临床成人用剂量的 2 67倍 。QiangYiJiangTang Capsule(QYJTC) is a natural medicine compound. This paper studies on the acute toxicity test and the effects of QYJTC on blood glucose in normal mice and mice model induced by adrenalin. The experimental results show that QYJTC can obviously decrease the level of blood glucose in mice. By analyzing statistical data, difference is significant to show. The maximum oral dosage for mice is 52g/kg, that is 267 times as the dosage used in clinic for patients, so it is widely safe to use in clinic.
