摘　　要：目的　探讨宫颈阴道分泌物中的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 - 1(IGFBP - 1)在胎膜早破诊断中的价值。方法　应用免疫层析法检测 2 49例孕妇宫颈阴道分泌物中低磷酸化IGFBP - 1的含量。结果　IGFBP - 1诊断胎膜早破的敏感性为 93 8% ,特异性为 94 5 % ,阳性预测值为 97 6 % ,阴性预测值为 86 3 %。结论　检测宫颈阴道分泌物中的IGFBP - 1是诊断胎膜早破快速、准确的方法。Objective To study the value of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1(IGEBP-1)in cervicovaginal secretions for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrane(PROM).Methods IGFBP-1 in cervicovaginal secretions of 249 pregnant women was measured by immunochromatography methods.Results As a predictor for the diagnosis of PROM,IGFBP-1 had a sensitivity of 93.8%,a specificity of 94.5%,a positive predictive value of 97.6% and a negative predictive value of 86.3%.Conclusion Measurement of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 in cervicovaginal secretions is an accurate and quick diagnostic method for premature rupture of membrane.
