摘　　要：总结10例自发性食管破裂病人的护理体会。保持引流管通畅,防治低血容量性休克及感染性休克,预防肺炎及肺不张是护理的重要环节;加强营养,做好心理护理及皮肤护理对疾病恢复起积极作用。In this paper,the authors summarize the nursing of10patients with spontaneous rupture of esophagus.The most important in nursing includes:keeping the catheter unobstructed,preventing and treating complications such hypovolemic and infectious shock,pneumonitis and atelectasis.Meanwhile,such measures as fortifying nutrition,mental nursing and skin nursing plays active role in the rehabilitation.
