成人法乐四联症手术前后左室容积和收缩功能的比较

摘　　要：目的 :对比成人法乐四联症 (TOF)手术前后左室容积和收缩功能变化。方法 :TOF 3 2例在手术前后分别用超声心动图测量左室舒张末期和收缩末期内径 ,计算出左室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积、每搏搏出量、射血分数和短轴缩短率。结果 :手术后左室容积比手术前明显增大 (P<0 .0 1) ;左室收缩功能手术前后无明显改变 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :成人 TOF手术前后只是左室容积变化 。AIM: To observe the change of left ventricular volume and left ventricular systolic function in adult with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) between pre operation and post operation. METHODS: Left ventricular end diastolic in diameter and left ventricular end systolic in diameter were respectively measured by echocardiogrphy among 32 adult TOFs, before and after the operation. Left ventricular end systilic volume (LVEVD), end systolic volume (LVESD), stroke volume (LVSV), ejection fraction (LVEF) and fraction shortening (LVFS) were calculated spontaneously by the Cube formular set in the machine. RESULTS: The left ventriclar volumes in 32 patients after TOF operation obviously increased compared with those before the operation ( P <0.01). The changes in left ventricular systolic function were not obvious and the differece was not significant ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Comparison between pre operation and post operation on adult with TOF showed that difference existed only in the left ventricular volume and the left ventricular systolic function was not defected.
