甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗(LA—1株)在1岁幼儿0、6个月免疫程序中的效果观察

摘　　要：为了了解1岁幼儿0、6个月免疫程序接种甲肝减毒活疫苗的免疫效果,我们观察了95例1岁健康儿童的免疫效果。本次研究采用ELISA免疫竞争抑制法检测1岁幼儿初免1针2个月后和按0、6个月程度免疫接种2针2个月后血清抗—HAV—IgG抗体。结果:两者抗体阳性率分别为:78.95%(75/95)和97.89%(93/95);GMT分别为1:5.76和1:12.48。经统计学处理,阳性率和GMT两者都存在非常显著性差异。按0、6个月免疫程序接种的血清免疫效果明显优于初免1针的效果。0、6个月免疫程度接种甲肝减毒活疫苗值得大力推广。In order to study the immune response of Live Attenuated Hepatitis A Vaccine( LA - 1 Strain) with 0,6 months schedule at children of one year old, a total of 95 susceptible children with negative anti - HAV (by ELISA) at the age of one year old were random selected from Guangzhou. Two doses of live attenuated hepatitis A Vaccine (LA - 1 strain) were received by 0,6 schedule, and the blood samples were collected at two months after vaccination respectively. Competitive ELISA tested the blood samples for anti - HAV. The results showed that the positive seroconversion rates of anti -HAV for 2 months after the first dose and the second dose were 78.95 % (75/95) and 97.89 % (93/95) respectively ; for GMT were 1:5.76 and 1:12.48 respectively. It was concluded that the live attenuated Hepatitis A Vaccine (La - 1 strain) has a good immune response and the two doses with 0,6 schedule is better than one dose for children one year old. The schedule is recommended.
