高血压病室早峰值时间与脑卒中死亡原因分析的临床意义

摘　　要：对 40例高血压伴左心室肥厚病人室早发生峰值时间与 5 0例高血压脑卒中死亡时间进行分析 ;结果 ,偶发室早与频发室早的发生率在左室肥厚 (L VH)组大于无 L VH组 (P<0 .0 1)。频发室早与脑卒中死亡人数在时间分布上有集中趋势 (P<0 .0 1) ,频发室早昼夜对照 :夜大于昼 (P<0 .0 1)。而偶发室早组与正常组室早昼夜发生率无明显差异(P>0 .0 5 )To analysis the relation between peak time of ventricular premature beats and dead time of hypertensive cerebral stroke in 50 cases hypertensive patients with left ventricular dilatation. At last, it has given a result: occasional or often ventricular premature beats, LVH set higher than Non LVH set (P<0.01); the time distributes of often ventricular premature beats and hypertensive cerebral stroke have a obvious concentrated trend (P<0.01); comparison of day and night for often ventricular premature beats, night more than day (P<0.01); but it have no obvious difference between occasional ventricular premature beats and normal set (P>0.05).
