摘　　要：针对酒产品的质量溯源管理需求,研究一套基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术的产品质量溯源管理系统;解决产品在生产、流通、分销和零售等环节的实时跟踪和监管的需求。本系统充分发挥RFID技术特点,认真分析酒产品从生产、库存、物流、销售、最终到消费者整个业务流程,研究设计了一套包括防伪电子标签、标签读写系统、仓储管理等硬件和生产管理、仓储信息管理、物流管理、销售管理、防伪查询等应用软件系统。为企业实现质量的溯源、防伪管理提供有效技术保障。Aiming at the demand of the quality traceability management for the alcoholic drinks product, a management system is developed based on the RFID technique to meet the real-time tracking and supervision demand in the production, circulation, distribution and retail links of the product. This system makes the most use of the technique character of the RFID, which analyses the whole operation flow of the alcoholic drinks from production, circulation, distribution and retail to the customer, and this system includes a RFID tag, a tag reading/writing system, a warehouse management system and some application software to conduct the production, logistics, marketing and anti-counterfeiting enquiry management. This system realized the quality traceability for the enterprise, and provided effective technology guarantee for the anti-counterfeiting management.
