摘　　要：在分析我国建筑业BIM应用现状的基础上,探索影响建筑业BIM应用的的因素,然后结合信息技术接受模型(TAM)阐释我国建筑业BIM接受的过程,构建BIM技术接受模型,最后针对目前的BIM应用情况,提出相应改进建议。On the basis of the analysis of the BIM technology application status in Chinese construction industry,explores the factors which inf luencing the application of BIM in construction industry,then combines with the Information Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),explains the process of BIM acceptance and builds a BIM technology acceptance model of Chinese construction industry. Finally,puts forward suggestions for improvement in view of the current application of BIM technology.
