摘　　要：在阐释复核工程量并提出五个计算要素的基础上,详细剖析工程量清单计价模式下投标报价的方法,归纳总结其本质区别及优缺点,以期为投标人快速准确地确定报价,最大可能地争取中标提供帮助。On the basis of reviewing quantities,introduces five calculation elements,analyzes a variety of methods of tender offer under the bill of quantities valuation mode in detail,summarizes the essential difference,advantages and disadvantages,help bidders to determine the offer rapidly and accurately,and improve the level of valuation and management of construction projects.
